The place is stunningly beautiful, the staff are courteous.
the double room is a nice size with bedroom. the rate is £ 166, satisfied. the hotel's location is perfect – 300 metres to the metro station. walking to heathrow terminals 2 & 3 underground station takes about 15 minutes. it offers friendly services.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and I was able to enjoy beautiful views from the window. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with great recommendations for food and attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and it was filled with stunning artwork and antiques.

The hotel was located in a great area with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The view from our room was breathtaking and we were able to see the beautiful water and the city. The decoration in the room was impressive and we felt like royalty.
The staff were not helpful and friendly at all. Everything was a bother to them and they made us feel like we were a nuisance, from check-in to check-out.

Our host was gracious, offering great recommendations for attractions and food. the rooms were stunningly decorated with antiques, providing a palace-like feel. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring great rest. the building was beautiful, and we received a tour and the history of this historic house.
The reception is not 24/7, so check-in may be restricted to specific times.

The rooms are sick, like seriously swanky. And the views? OMG, we had a sick view of the water and the old town. The hosts were super cool too, gave us all the hookups for the best clubs and bars in town. Can't wait to go back and party it up!
Only thing missing was a rooftop pool to chill at during the day. But hey, we made do with the beach nearby.

I stayed at Vittoria - House Of Charme for a short visit and it was perfect! The location was ideal, with a short walk to the Tram and a stunning view of the water and Madonna of the letter from my window. The interiors of the house were absolutely beautiful, with clean and intricate details throughout. Mr. Giuseppe, our hostess, was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond in assisting us with all our needs. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in town!
Can recommend this hotel.
